Mr. Stalvey was an excellent agent in assisting us in the home buying process. He took time to explain the process, including terminology to define the said process. His attention to our inquiries were prompt and his willingness to accommodate our personal needs for a home, which were quite specific, was especially appreciated as we are self-employed and work out of our home. We especially appreciated his listening skills and never felt one home we looked at, was not a viable candidate and a waste of time to look at. So appreciate that in and of itself. His integrity and knowledge and experience, about the home buying process was exceptional.

As we live in another state, we needed a real estate broker who could educate us about Panama City Beach. Robert showed us several different condo resorts in the area and shared what their amenities are. He is very knowledgeable about the area and all it has to offer. He also has insight regarding rental information. Once we found which unit we were going to purchase he walked us through the process and kept in close communication with us. We never had to wonder what was happening with the process. He is very professional and prompt. We truly appreciate all he did for us and highly recommend him.

I highly recommend hiring Robert Stalvey as your next realtor. Robert has a vast knowledge of the market in our area. He was extremely informative, responsive and easy to communicate with. Most importantly, he has his client's best interest at heart. He is honest and reliable. He walked us through our purchase and the paperwork step by step. We never thought the process purchasing our home could be so painless. We never felt rushed or persuaded to make a quick decision. We were advised to take time (but not too much time), pray and talk things over before making decisions. Robert's primary concern, over and over again, was whether or not my wife and I we at peace in the decision(s) we were making. He offered advice when needed and made sure we were fully aware of all aspects of the purchase agreement. Robert's negotiating skills and attention to detail were phenomenal. I would highly recommend Rob Stalvey to anyone looking for property in the Panama City Beach area. Rob immediately responded to our initial request and after speaking with him directly, we knew we had found the right agent for us. Rob was quick to provide us with a group of listings that fit our specific conditions. Even more importantly, Rob applied his vast knowledge of the area and surroundings to help us in eliminating properties that had underlying concerns which helped us focus on prime targets which is very important in this quickly moving market. Rob really knows the area well; from traffic cut troughs that should be avoided to great local attractions and restaurants that are a must, Rob had us covered. He was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had which was a must for us as out of town buyers with firm dates and deadlines to meet. We felt a personal connection with Rob that you just can't find anywhere. His demeanor in handling demanding situations gave us full confidence that he was representing our desires. We were comfortable with Rob's thoughts and opinions and really felt that he was trying to find us the perfect property for our family. Rob was not about the sale and kept our needs and wishes as the top priority and remained focused on our requirements throughout the process. I've dealt with several realtors over the years and have always walked away feeling as if the transaction didn't really go well. I recently decided to sell my condo and asked a friend if she knew of a realtor that had impressed her. She never missed a beat when she picked up her phone and called Robert. From the time I met him until the closing of the property (which was less than 60 days), Robert was professional, personable and accommodating to my schedule. I live overseas and for any of you that have tried to do business from or with someone that's 5,000 miles from home, you understand when I say it is not the easiest of tasks. I'm glad Robert was up for the challenge. This is the first time, I can honestly say, I was completely satisfied with my realtor from beginning to end. **Please note the term MY realtor. When I get ready to purchase again, it will be with my realtor, Robert Stalvey.

Robert has been our agent on buying our home and now selling our condo. He takes great pride in his work and gives it a 110 per cent! He was always available for our many questions and worked hard to get us the best deals possible. I would recommend him to anyone who wants a dedicated 'tell it like it is' real estate agent.
